I would like to enquire regarding the article in HERALD (Vol.20 No.4 - Dated Jan 27, 2013).

The article on page 4 states that the Apostolic Delegation in Laos, Malaysia and Singapore was established in 1969.

However, records of the Heritage Gallery of the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Ipoh, show that there was already an Apostolic Internuncio to India and Apostolic Delegate to India, Burma, Ceylon & Malaya in 1955. His name was His Grace Most Rev. Martin H. Lucas S.V.D.

Please do correct me if I’m wrong.
