BEC holds party for the less privileged
The BEC of St Thomas, Church of the Risen Christ held a Christmas party on December 10, 2017, in the Community Centre of Taman Kaya/Taman Springfield.

KUALA LUMPUR: The BEC of St Thomas, Church of the Risen Christ held a Christmas party on December 10, 2017, in the Community Centre of Taman Kaya/Taman Springfield. The party for the less privileged members of society and migrants in the area was attended by approximately 80 people of various ages
The BEC carollers started the party with carols. There was food and refreshments for all, followed by games for children from 3 to 17 years old. After the games, Santa Claus made his appearance and distributed goodies to the children.
Fr Jean Claude Lourdes, the parish priest of the Church of the Risen Christ, gave presents to all the children. Before leaving, the children were given ang pow packets by benefactors from the BEC.
