4. Integral Human Deveopment
5. Youth
6. Family
7. Social Communication

IMPLEMENTATION
Consolidation of efforts in the implementation of the basic option and the pastoral priorities. Six strategies were proposed to accomplish this:

1.  Renewing Faith, Re-evangelisation, Social Conscientisation
2. Systematic Review
3. Mechanism for Dialogue, Consultation and Feedback
4. Training and Formation
5. Pastoral Care of Priority Groups
6. Recommitment and Support of the Clergy

PARADIGM SHIFT Integral Evangelisation
Becoming a listening, discerning and prophetic Church

PASTORAL PRIORITIES
1. BEC
2. Unity
3. Formation
4. Ecumenical and Interreligious Dialogue
5. Integral Human Deveopment
6. Youth
7. Family
8. Social Communication

IMPLEMENTATION
Be creative, inclusive and bridge-building in and through:

a. witness of life;
b. service to humanity;
c. interreligious dialogue;
d. explicit Gospel proclamation;
e. prayer, liturgy and sacraments.

The Peninsular Malaysia Bishops at the conclusion of the PMPC IV exhorted the People of God to become aware that ‘our mission must be a becoming, a listening, a discerning and a prophetic Church’. This process of dialogue, discernment and deeds must ultimately lead towards a “paradigm of integral evangelisation”. Thus the People of God move towards becoming ‘missionary disciples’ and our parishes truly be the “face of Jesus” in society.
