HERALD inclined to ‘cut and paste’ without critical input

I will suggest that HERALD is inclined to “cut and paste” whatever others have published without critical input.

Dear Editor,
I was pleasantly surprised to read Peter Wang’s comment and response on the HERALD’s headline ‘Chinese Catholic Church demolished’.

To know other Malaysians are equally sensitive to HERALD’s unwitting transgression against The People’s Republic of China is heartening.

I will suggest that HERALD is inclined to “cut and paste” whatever others have published without critical input.

It seems to me that the HERALD editorial board may be lacking in personnel and manpower to do so. Or that the editorial board is biased. Are they indoctrinated by or only have access to English-speaking news?

Thank you, Peter Wang, for your gentle comments and first hand observations.
