Msgr Primus Jouil is the new Rector of the parish of Blessed Sacrament Church, which also covers Stella Maris Church, Tanjong Aru, Sabah. Effective October, 2014, he replaced Fr Fuendes Motiung who was transferred to the parish of St Michael, Penampang. Together with him are Fr Tony Mojiwot and Fr Aloysius Fedelis. There are no permanent resident priests in Labuan, but the priests take turns to come to Labuan over the weekends to serve the Holy Eucharist to the parishioners or as sacramental needs arise.
On the weekend of November15/16, 90 children from the English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking parishioners of the Blessed Sacrament Church received their first Holy Communion. The Masses were celebrated by Msgr Primus Jouil.
