The English Sunday School Facilitators of Holy Trinity Parish organised a formation talk, for students aged 10 to 16, on the items used during the celebration of the Eucharist. The talk was delivered by Seminarian Raymond Lee who is on his pastoral exposure at the parish.

Besides the presentation, all students also had the opportunity to see and touch some of the things used during Eucharistic celebration such as the vestment, purificator, stole and others. They were taught about the difference between a “sink” and a Sacrarium.

The students and the teachers found that this session was an eye opener for them as they were able to learn the names and functions of the symbols used.

Some 27 students, together with seven catechists, participated in this session.

It was indeed a very fruitful and informative session. Seminarian Raymond Lee mentioned that this programme should be organised more often.

The session ended with a simple fellowship.
