Spiritual preparation for Malaysian Catholic Campus Students’ Day 3 (MCCSD 3)

Students from the Diocese of Sandakan participated in the spiritual preparation for the 3rd Malaysian Catholic Campus Student Day (MCCSD-3) on May 4. The preparation was attended by eight campus students and four organising team from the Sandakan Youth Apostolate – Campus Ministry.

It was presented by three presenters; Jayronna (I am the servant of the Lord), Sr Rusiah FSIC (Relationship Building) and Corey (Love in Action). The session was in line with the World Youth Day 2019 theme; I am the servant of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word (Lk 1:38). From these sessions, participants prepared themselves physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally through the role of Mother Mary towards MCCSD-3 which will be held in the Archdiocese of Kota Kinabalu from June 3-8, 2019.

The participants were given ample time during personal reflection and group sharing. Indirectly, this was an opportunity to know oneself, to feel the presence and work of God in daily life as well as a time to get to know each other and strengthening the relationships among participants.
